An unintended consequence of the recent Supreme Court’s 2^nd Amendment decision could allow the enactment of stronger gun laws in the future. The Brady Institute argues that by taking away the extremes of the gun debate, the Supreme Court left reasonable middle ground for common sense gun regulation that most Americans want.
