The Ohio State Journal of Criminal Law is a peer-evaluated, faculty-student cooperative venture, published by The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law since 2003. Our semi-annual publication serves as a leading forum for scholarship in the diverse academic field of criminal law and policy.
